Our promise

We want every order to arrive exactly as expected. If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery at goldenfitsuppliesllc@gmail.com with your order number and a short description (photos help) and we will make it right.

What we cover

We will replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, and any order that is confirmed lost by the carrier.

What we can’t take back

Because our products are sensitive research materials, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened, reconstituted, or stored outside the recommended conditions, and we cannot accept returns simply because a product is no longer needed. Please check your order carefully before completing checkout.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Original shipping charges are refunded when the return is due to our error.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as they have not yet shipped. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.

Our products are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or supplements, have not been evaluated by the FDA, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. They are not for human or animal consumption or any form of in-vivo use.
