Free shipping on every order

All orders within the United States ship free. Orders placed before 2 pm Eastern on a business day are usually dispatched the same day; otherwise they leave the next business day.

Discreet packaging

Every parcel ships in plain, unbranded packaging with cold-chain protection where required. Nothing on the outside of the box identifies the contents.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number the moment your order ships. You can also find tracking details under My Account → Orders.

Delivery times

Most US orders arrive within 2–5 business days. During holidays or severe weather the carrier may need a little longer.

International orders
